The entrance to the building is at the side from Soi Yommaraj through fine dark-stained wood and beveled glass doors. The ground floor features an elegantly decorated reception lobby. The seven-storey building is served by two elevators and has ample parking on three underground levels. The building has two fire stairways, a complete fire detector system with smoke and heat detectors throughout. A CCTV system along with lift access control has been installed to ensure the security of the residents.
