Options for larger wedding parties - Our resorts can host wedding of up to 50 guest. All members of the wedding party should ideally stay at the wedding venue resort, and we are happy to provide the follows : - Special Group rates for wedding parties with a minimum of 15 rooms for a two-night stay - Additional flower decoration at the wedding ceremony - Romantic Candlelight Dinner for the bride and groom

Cancellation and No Show Policy for Wedding Package - Advance reservation require 45 day prior to arrival date - Any cancellation made within 21 days to the arrival will be charged at 20% of the package price - Any cancellation made within 15 days to the arrival will be charged at 50% of the package price - Any cancellation made within 7 days to the arrival will be charged at 100% of the package price - No Show will be charged at 100% of the package price

- Minimum 4 nights stay on during 20 December 2012 - 10 January 2013 is required as well as hotel reserves the right to rufuse the reservation even inside allotment which check out on 31 December.
- Minimum 3 nights stay on Songkran Festival date : on 12,13,14,15,16 April 2013.
- Minimum 2 nights stay on Thailand Long Weekend.
- Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. (noon) and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. (noon)
- The above rates are applicable only if booked through website (special rates) and are not available at the hotel.
- Roundtrip Hotel Shuttle Boat (Big Boat) transfer from/to Koh Samet; leaving on time as per below schedule;

- From Seree Ban Phe Pier to Ao-Klang Pier : 11.00, 13.30 and 16.00 hrs.
- From Ao-Klang Pier to Seree Ban Phe Pier : 10.00, 12.30 and 15:00 hrs.
Option 2: Private Speed Boat Service
- Minimum 6 persons (1 Engine) Private Speed Boat Service - Fee at THB 2,000.-net / boat / round trip
- Minimum 25 persons (2 Engines) Private Speed Boat Service - Fee at THB 4,000.-net / boat / round trip
* If guest cannot take the shuttle boat time as schedule, extra charge at normal price for Private Speed Boat is applied. ( Pay on spot )
- Child Policy :
- One Child under 4 years old , accompany the same room with parents (no extra bed).
- One Child 4-12 years old, breakfast is a compulsory 50 % of applicable full rate.
- Second child under 12 years old, will be charged one extra bed.
- Bonus Free Night : During 1 May – 31 October
- Stay minimum of consecutively 3 paid nights, get 1 night free on room only i.e 3+1, 6+2, .. - The compulsory ABF is chargeable to the normal rate.

Sai Kaew Beach Resort facilities include a beachfront swimming pool at the new Premier Seaview zone, “The Zea Restaurant”, which serves Thai and international cuisine, “La Luna”, specializing in Italian fare, and “The Mango” café & bakery which has an Internet corner, babysitting service, private transfer service in a 6-seater van to and from Bangkok and, of course, water sports including snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing and scuba-diving.
