- Early check-in will depend on room availability.
- Late check-out charge 300 THB/hour. If guests request to stay more than 6 hour late, the extra night charge will be applied.

Child Policy when sharing room with parents. :
   - Child under 3 years old is free when sharing room with parents ( no extra bed and breakfast), But breakfast for child under 3 years depend on the consideration of the resorts when guest check-in and pay direct to the resort.
   - Child 3 - 5 years old breakfast will be charge at 150 THB.
   - Child 5 -12 years old is charged at 750 THB/night for an extra bed (Day Bed) including breakfast.

2. It is 2 – storey house and comprises of 2 rooms on the first floor which can connect from outside like the existing rooms, and other 2 rooms are on the second floor. There is a separate stair to go up to the second floor room.
3. There is a swimming pool in the middle of this new cluster.
4. This zone is considered to be poolside view, but it is also sea view.
5. All room facilities are the same such as a hair dryer, a kettle, a safety box. TV, Air – con, refrigerator, etc.
